Summary: | FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to estimation of protein substances in diary, meet industries, veterinary, and medicine engineering, in particular, to quantitatively determining angiogenin in milk raw material. The latter is defatted via centrifugation and subjected to chromatographic purification to remove excess of pancreatic ribonuclease on column filled with blue agarose sorbent. Milk material, before and after being passed through blue agarose column, is controlled for content of pancreatic ribonuclease. Angiogenin is quantitatively determined using combined sample in which pancreatic ribonuclease and angiogenin competitively interact with placental ribonuclease inhibitor. EFFECT: increased sensitivity. 1 tbla |
