Summary:FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear testing effort on rolls in rolling mill has force cells anchored on pressure screws of stands of rolls composed of body, two pressure plates arranged in plane of body and force-measuring transducer installed between plates, amplifying-converting unit and computer. The latter are intercoupled by cable network. Novelty of gear consists in its additional fitting with chamber with compressors and temperature transducers. Space of chamber is connected with space of force cells by air conduit. Temperature sensitive transducers are positioned inside spaces of force cells, N force-measuring sensors are placed between pressure plates, N being larger or equal to two. Amplifying-converting unit is made as programmable controller with summing device electrically coupled to temperature transducers and force-measuring sensors, each of the latter being separately connected to summing device. EFFECT: increased reliability of system measuring efforts on rolls. 4 cl, 1 dwgd
