Summary: | FIELD: production of chemical cellulose at sulfite plants of paper and pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes acid cooking of cellulose-containing raw material in bisulfite solution in cooker, separation of spent solution and hot refining of cooking product with sodium hydroxide in the presence of magnesium oxide taken in the amount of 5-10% of sodium hydroxide weight. Acid cooking is conducted at pH 1.8-2.15 with content of SO2 5.1-5.4% and temperature of 148-151 C. Bisulfite solution is used in the form of bisulfite solution on sodium base or on mixed base in the form of mixture of MgO and Na2O and their ratio from 1:1 to 1:4. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 tbl |
