Summary: | FIELD: production of small shots from lead alloy without coating. SUBSTANCE: after finishing small shots are heated to a temperature of 225 to 235 C, cured at this temperature for 1.5 to 2 hours and hardened in boiling water. Besides, an antimonous - lead alloy with a content of antimony within 3.5 to 4.5%, as well secondary raw material in the form of scraps and lump waste of antimonous lead, are used as a material of wire blanks. Stamped hard small shots are produced due to the use of antimonous-lead alloy with a low content of antimony obtained from secondary raw material. EFFECT: enhanced hardness and reduced cost. 3 cl, 2 tblb |
