FIELD: devices for granulation of materials; may be used in chemical and other industries, for instance, in production of mineral fertilizers from the group including carbamide and ammonium nitrate and phosphate. SUBSTANCE: granulator has body with cover. Body accommodates inclined tray, tray drive, loading and unloading branch pipes, jet nozzles and separating device. Additionally introduced into granulator are regulating plate and table-cutter. Regulating plate is installed in tray square and with clearance of 25-35 mm relative to tray bottom. Table-cutter is installed so that blade edge is parallel to plane of tray bottom and oriented toward tray rotation direction. Separating device is made of rods parallel to tray bottom with uniform clearance between them in the form of comb square to tray bottom. Regulating plate, separating device and table-cutter are located, respectively, in zones between 12-2 h, 3-5 h and 8-11 h provided the tray is rotated counterclockwise and secured to body cover. Jet nozzles are located in zones between 1-4 h and 8-11 h. Besides, table-cutter is installed at an angle of 2-3 deg to tray bottom with angle vertex on blade edge. Rods of separating device are spaced at 2.5-3 mm from one another. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 4 dwgd
