Summary: | FIELD: combating oil pollution. SUBSTANCE: method consists in covering polluted surface by peat crushed and thermally treated to apparent density 0.09-0.13 g/cu. cm. Peat contains humic acids in quantity 20-30 wt %. Onto peat layer, aqueous suspension of hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria of Rhodococcus family containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium salts is additionally placed. According to invention, salt concentration in suspension is 0.01 to 0.2%, and weight ratio of bacteria, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium salts is (0.1-1):(0.2-2):(0.15-1.5):(0.05-0.5). Peat consumption per 1 kg of oil is 0.3-0.7 kg, and that of aqueous suspension is 8-12 kg per 1 sq. m of surface. EFFECT: simplified process and increased its efficiency. 3 tbl |
