Summary: | FIELD: designs of reactors for conducting the catalytic processes, in particular, reforming of gasolines; may be used in petroleum and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: reactor has cylindrical body accommodating coaxially installed perforated tube plugged from one end and connected with its other end to branch pipe. Two-layer troughs are located over generating line of body and forming gap between layers. Gap is plugged at trough end faces. Gap value is determined by expression (0.1-0.2)R, where R is trough radius. Perforation of trough adjacent to catalytic layer occupies 20-40%, and perforation of the second layer is 2-5% of the trough exposed surface. Perforation of the second layer of trough is made symmetrically to area of segments confined by radii from 180 to 90 deg. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwgv |
