Summary:FIELD: superhigh-frequency heating devices. SUBSTANCE: chamber has top input waveguides, bottom waveguide, radiotransparent dielectric, and tray holding dielectric material being treated. Top rectangular-section waveguides with linearly varying height of narrow wall are placed in parallel and abut against narrow walls. They are differentially connected in turn, that is, inputs of any two abutting waveguides are facing opposite sides. Top waveguides are fully filled with radiotransparent dielectric, such as fluoroplastic. Bottom waveguide is parallel to top waveguides and joined to them through wide wall. Bottom waveguide accommodates tray with dielectric material to be treated. Its walls are provided with holes and channels for evacuating vapors and gases.
