Polymer coating is produced from polymer particles suspended in water being obtained as heterophase copolymerization product obtained from butyl acrylate, methyl metacrylate, styrene and acrylic acid. Paper surface coating is produced by pouring and drying at 37-40 C. Human hyperimmune sera or monoclonal antibodies of anti A, anti B, anti Rhesus D specificity are usable as test reagents. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity; wide range of applications under field conditions. 13 cle
