Summary: | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: means is plastic plate with four paper strips glued over it. Polymer suspension and test reagent are applied and dried in series to the strips surface. Polymer coating is produced from polymer particles suspended in water being obtained as heterophase copolymerization product obtained from butyl acrylate, methyl metacrylate, styrene and acrylic acid. Paper surface coating is produced by pouring and drying at 37-40 C. Human hyperimmune sera or monoclonal antibodies of anti A, anti B, anti Rhesus D specificity are usable as test reagents.
