Invention ensures to broaden assortment of surface-active substances used for preparing medicinal and perfume-cosmetic agents in an aqueous-emulsion form, in part, as microemulsion of clear gel. Product can be used in medicine and veterinary science. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of substance.
