The containment element (4) is a drum (17) having a circular profile whose axis is coaxial to the rotation axis (X), the drum (17) being provided with an inlet hole (2a) in communication with the inlet mouth (2) and with an outlet hole (3a) in communication with the outlet mouth (3).
