Summary:The invention relates to a system for evaluating, measuring and analyzing the mictional flow-rate in neurogenic bladder, after a vertebro-medullary trauma, employed to determine the dynamics of mictional evolutions which are needed for knowing both the pathological state and the response to treatment. According to the invention, the system comprises at least one tube () which is arranged so that it samples urine from a patient, each tube () transmitting the urine to be collected into a graduated plastic bag () and being connected to a urinary tract catheter, a urine flow sensor module () being placed within the tube () to enable wireless communication with a central monitoring unit () provided with a timer and comprising a calibration data base (). Invenţia se referă la un sistem de evaluare, măsurare şi analiză a debitului micţional în vezica neurogenă post traumatism vertebromedular, folosit în scopul de a stabili dinamica evoluţiilor micţionale, necesară cunoaşterii atât a stării patologice, cât şi a răspunsului la tratament. Sistemul conform invenţiei este alcătuit din cel puţin un tub () dispus astfel încât să recolteze urină de la un pacient, fiecare tub () transmiţând urina, în vederea colectării, în câte o pungă () din plastic, gradată, şi fiind conectat la câte un cateter de tract urinar, în tub () fiind dispus un modul () senzor de flux de urină care comunică fără fir cu o unitate de monitorizare () centrală, prevăzută cu un cronometru şi cuprinzând o bază de date () de calibrare.
