The invention relates to a method and a system for limiting the load curve caused by the electric power absorbed by electricity consumers connected to an electric network and supplied by available electric resources. According to the invention, the method uses, within an electric distribution system, a specific communication and regulation system which comprises a local emitter included in the construction of a measuring point (1) available at every distribution point (2), which monitors the parameters of the electric energy supplied to each electricity consumer (3) supplied downstream through the distribution electric circuits, the emitter being programmed by construction to transmit one or multiple strings of relevant data on the monitored condition through communication channels (4) as electric conductors, a receiver included in the construction of a controllable electric source (5), which is programmed by construction to continuously receive relevant taken over data transmitted by the measuring point (1) over and required by the strategy responsible for the control or command of the controllable electric sources (5), in the sense of limiting and/or regulating the electric parameters and/or the operation parameters of the electricity consumers (6), with the purpose of limiting the load curve at local level, every time there is an energy deficit which may be reduced. Invenţia se referă la o metodă şi sistem pentru limitarea curbei de sarcină determinată de puterea electrică absorbită de consumatori electrici racordaţi la o reţea electrică şi alimentaţi prin resurse electrice disponibile. Metoda, conform invenţiei, în cadrul unui sistem electric de distribuţie, utilizează un sistem de comunicaţie şi reglaj specific care cuprinde un emiţător local inclus în construcţia unui punct de măsură (1), disponibil la fiecare punct de distribuţie (2), care monitorizează parametrii energiei electrice furnizate fiecărui consumator electric (3) alimentat în aval prin circuitele electrice de distribuţie, emiţătorul fiind programat constructiv să transmită prin canale de comunicaţie (4) sub formă de conductoare electrice unul sau mai multe şiruri de date relevante despre starea monitorizată, un receptor inclus în construcţia unei surse electrice controlabile (5), care este programat constructiv să recepţioneze continuu date relevante transmise de punctul de măsură (1), preluate şi impuse de strategia responsabilă pentru controlul sau comanda surselor electrice controlabile (5), în sensul limitării şi/sau reglării parametrilor electrici şi/sau parametrilor de funcţionare ai consumatorilor electrici (6), în scopul limitării curbei de sarcină la nivel local, de fiecare dată când există un deficit energetic, care poate fi redus.
