Summary: | The invention relates to a process for preparing oxidic materials to be integrated in solar cell photoanodes. According to the invention, the process comprises the following steps: preparing a stoichiometric homogeneous mixture by adding, with a micropipette, 200 μ l of silver nanowires suspension having a concentration of 2 mg/ml, in distilled water, stirring it with a magnetic stirrer, adding 0.1 g of amorphous Zn2SnO4, 12 mg of alginic acid, 0.05 g of zinc acetate dihydrate, 4 ml of ammonia solution 25% and 10 ml of ethylene glycol, leaving it to be stirred for 60 min, then placing the resulting solution in an autoclave in which a heat treatment takes place at a temperature of 130°C, for 12 h, after which the resulting material AgNW/Zn2SnO4 is washed with distilled water and absolute ethanol and dried at a temperature of 30°C, for 2 h.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu pentru obţinere de materiale oxidice pentru integrarea lor în fotoanozii celulelor solare. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, cuprinde etapele: obţinerea unui amestec stoichiometric şi omogen prin adăugare, cu ajutorul unei micropipete, a 200 μ l suspensie de nanofire de argint, cu o concentraţie de 2 mg/ml, în apă distilată, agitându-se pe un agitator magnetic, adăugarea de 0,1 g Zn2SnO4 amorf, 12 mg acid alginic, 0,05 g acetat de zinc dihidrat, 4 ml soluţie de amoniac 25% şi 10 ml etilen glicol, lăsându-se la agitat timp de 60 min, introducerea soluţiei obţinute într-o autoclavă în care are loc tratarea termică la temperatura de 130° timp de 12 h, spălarea materialului AgNW/Zn2SnO4 obţinut cu apă distilată şi etanol absolut şi uscarea la temperatura de 30° timp de 2 h. |
