According to the invention, the fertilizer has the following composition: 6.91...9.7% total nitrogen of which 1.92...2.46% as ammonia, 0.28...0.72% as nitrogen, 3.13...6.37% as amine and 0.69...1.04% organic, 6.36...8.19% phosphorus pentoxide, 2.25...3.57% potassium oxide, 11.62...13.01% organic substances of which 3.98...6.26% protein hydrolysate, 3.69...4.97% humic substances, 3.41...5.37% total aminoacids, 0.95...1.49% free aminoacids, 0.03...0.04% Mg, 0.77...1.77% S and chelated/sequestered microelements in a total concentration of 0.41...0.44, namely 0.06...0.1% Fe, 0.05...0.11% Cu, 0.04...0.09% Zn, 0.06...0.14% Mn, 0.03...0.05% B, 0.03...0.05 Mo, 0.001% Co, an N : P : K ratio of 1.9...4.3 : 2.3...2.8 : 1, and in dilution with water for a solution with a concentration of 0.5...1%, it has a pH=6.2...7.5. The claimed method for applying the fertilizer consists in administering it in a dose of 100...15000 l/ha as aqueous solution of a concentration 0.01...15%, namely 0.01...15 liters of fertilizer in 100...15000 liters of aqueous solution, by spraying, fertigation or dripping on plants or by sprinkling and incorporation in soil, depending on the crop and soil type, the fertilizer being also applicable on seeds by spraying as aqueous solution of a concentration of 0.1...0.25%, namely 0.01...0.25 l of fertilizer in 5...10 l of aqueous solution, in a dose of 5...10 l/ton of seeds. Invenţia se referă la un produs fertilizant cu proprietăţi biostimulante pentru plante, care optimizează nutriţia plantelor, favorizează absorbţia nutrienţilor, stimulează dezvoltarea vegetativă radiculară şi extraradiculară şi la o metodă de aplicare a acestuia.
