Summary: | The invention relates to a process for preparing a composite material based on plastic wastes/power plant ash and electrofilter ash, respectively, to be used in constructions and automotive industry. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: drying the ash up to a moisture content of 0.1%, grinding the particles down to particle sizes of less than 90 μ m, using a rotary mixer to form a mixture of 20.9...90.8% polypropylene as virgin or recycled homopolymer polypropylene or copolymer polypropylene, respectively, either as such or in combination with 33.3...50% concentrate with 60% glass fibres, 2.5% compatibilization agent, 0.1...0.2% phenol antioxidant, up to 20% thermoplastic elastomer, for 10 min, adding 6.5...19.5% ash treated with 30% dispersion agent, while stirring continuously in dynamic conditions, at 80°C, for 60 min, at 100 rpm, melt homogenization of said mixture in a twin-screw extruder at an extrusion head temperature of 165...175°C, processing the extruded threads into composite granules that can be processed by injection, the resulting composite polymeric material having improved mechanical properties and behaviour.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui material compozit pe bază de deşeuri de mase plastice/cenuşi de termocentrală şi respectiv, de electrofiltru utilizat în construcţii sau industria auto. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: uscarea cenuşii până la o umiditate de 0,1%, măcinare particule până la dimensiuni mai mici de 90 μ m , formarea unui amestec într-un amestecător rotativ din 20,9...90,8% polipropilenă, homopolimer virgină sau reciclată, respectiv, copolimer, ca atare sau în combinaţie cu 33,3...50% concentrat cu 60% fibră de sticlă, 2,5 % agent de compatibilizare, 0,1...0,2% antioxidant fenolic, până la 20% elastomer termoplastic, timp de 10 min, adăugare a 6,5...19,5% cenuşă tratată cu 30% agent de dispersie, sub amestecare continuă în condiţii dinamice, la 80°C, 60 min şi 100 rpm, omogenizarea amestecului în topitură într-un extruder dublu şnec la o temperatură la capul de extrudare de 165..175°C, prelucrarea firelor extrudate la granule de compozit prelucrabile prin injecţie, materialul compozit polimeric rezultat având proprietăţi mecanice şi de comportament îmbunătăţite. |
