The invention relates to a process for preparing a topical product with effect on skin conditions that cumulate an inflammatory and infectious process, such as acne vulgaris and folliculitis. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: making the hydrogel base by combining 0.50% carbopol and 0.25...0.50% usual emulsifier with distilled water, at the ambient temperature, adding, as drops, a mixture of 1.5% vitamin E, 1.00...5.50% tamanu oil, 0.25...0.50% usual surface-active agent and 0.5% triethanol amine, adding the hydrophilic component consisting of 5% standard active extract of hayflower, possibly hayflower tea, in ethanol 40%, to result in a yellowish-white homogeneous product as light hydrogel or cream which provides a content of 100 mg GAE/100 g of hydrogel or cream, with a pH of 5.3...5.5 and specific plant fragrance. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui produs topic cu acţiune asupra afecţiunilor pielii care cumulează un proces inflamator cu un proces infecţios de tip acneea vulgara şi foliculita. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: realizarea bazei de hidrogel, prin combinare la temperatura camerei a 0,50% carbopol şi 0,25...0,50% emulgator uzual, cu apă distilată, adăugarea prin picurare a unui amestec din 1,5 % vitamina E, 1,00...5,50% ulei din fructe de tamanu, 0,25...0,50% agent activ de suprafaţă uzual şi 0,5% trietanolamină, adăugarea componentei hidrofile constând din 5% extract activ standardizat din Flori de fân, eventual de tip Ceai Flori de fân în etanol 40% , rezultând un produs omogen, formulat ca hidrogel uşor sau cremă, care asigură un conţinut de 100 mg GAE/100g hidrogel sau cremă, de culoare alb-gălbui, pH 5,3...5,5, cu miros caracteristic, de plante.
