According to the invention, the product consists of 7.4...9.8% nitrogen in ammonium, nitric and organic form, 0.8...2.4% phosphorus pentoxide, 2.7...3.4% potassium oxide, 7...11.4% organic substances of which 5.3...9.2% as proteinaceous substances, as well as microelements: iron, zinc, copper, manganese, cobalt, molybdenum, boron, magnesium, sulphur, the percentage being expressed by mass. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists of the acid hydrolysis reaction, in the presence of nitric acid, phosphoric acid and bone glue as source of proteinaceous substances, at 80...85°C, for 2...4 h, while continuously stirring, acidity neutralization with potassium bicarbonate and ammonia water up to a pH value of 5.5...6.5, solution cooling and admixture of secondary elements and microelements chelated with organic acids. The claimed method consists in administering the biostimulant, as claimed, by spraying it on the plants as an aqueous solution in a concentration of 0.25...2.5% and on the seeds, prior to sowing, in a concentration of 0.15...0.3%. Invenţia se referă la un produs biostimulant pe bază de substanţe proteice, un procedeu de obţinere şi o metodă de aplicare a acestuia. Produsul, conform invenţiei, este constituit în procente masice din 7,4...9,8% azot sub formă amoniacală, nitrică şi organică, 0,8...2,4% pentaoxid de fosfor, 2,7...3,4% oxid de potasiu, 7...11,4% substanţe organice din care 5,3...9,2% ca substanţe proteice, precum şi microelemente: fier, zinc, cupru, mangan, cobalt, molibden, bor, magneziu, sulf. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în reacţia de hidroliză acidă în prezenţă de acid azotic, acid fosforic şi cleide oase ca sursă de subtanţe proteice, la 80...85°C, timp de 2...4h sub agitare continuă, neutralizarea acidităţii cu bicarbonat de potasiu şi apă amoniacală până la un pH de 5,5...6,5, răcirea soluţiei şi adăugarea de elemente secundare şi microelemente chelatate cu acizi organici. Metoda, constă în administrarea produsului biostimulant, conform invenţiei, prin pulverizare pe plante sub formăde soluţie apoasă de concentraţie 0,25...2,5%, respectiv, pe sămânţă, premergător semănatului, în concentraţie de 0,15...0,3%.
