Summary:The invention relates to a process for removing adhesives and organic deposits from the surface of murals, wooden icons or stone. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: 1. preparation of a spore suspension, in sterile distilled water or in nutritive medium for each of the microfungi of the species Penicillium citrinum NRRL 1841 and Aspergillus clavatophorus NRRL 25874, 2. inoculation of 1 x 108 spores/ml on the surface deposits, 3. incubation for 10 days, 4. mechanical removal of mycelium, 5. cleaning the surfaces with distilled water, 6. drying the surfaces in air flow, 7. decontamination with a biocidal product, such as Biotin R and 8. assessment of the effectiveness of deposit removal by usual complementary techniques. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de îndepărtare a consolidanţilor şi a depunerilor organice de pe suprafaţa picturilor murale, icoanelor pe suport lemnos sau pietrei. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: (1) preparare a suspensiei de spori , în apă distilată sterilă sau în mediu nutritiv pentru fiecare dintre microfungii din speciile Penicillium citrinum NRRL 1841 şi Aspergillus clavatophorus NRRL 25874, (2) inoculare a 1 x 108 spori/ml pe depunerile de pe suprafeţe, (3) incubare timp de 10 zile, (4) îndepărtarea mecanică a miceliului, (5) curaţarea suprafeţelor cu apă distilată, (6) uscarea suprafeţelor în flux de aer, (7) decontaminare cu biocid de tip Biotin R şi (8) evaluarea eficienţei îndepărtării depunerilor prin tehnici complementare uzuale.
