Summary: | The invention relates to a process for preparing active plant products with antioxidant activity. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: extraction of narrow leaf plantain with water while continuously stirring for 1 h without laser and for 1 h assisted with laser radiation at 488 nm, at the temperature of the extraction mass, resulting in a total extract, total extract precipitation from ethanol 80% in a 1:4 w/v ratio, resulting in a selective extract enriched in minerals and microelements, and then the recovery of the alcoholic supernatant and the resumption of the product in concentrated ethanol, resulting in a final selective extract enriched in polyphenols, with a content of 5 mg GAE per ml of extract.
