Summary:The invention relates to an electronic mark for warning and remotely localizing valuable fish poaching by using a LORA/GSM/SAT multi-channel type radio communication network. According to the invention, the electronic mark is placed on the dorsal fin of the fish and consists of a body S (15b) comprising: a GPS micro-antenna (1) connected to a module (2) of a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) which is connected to a microsystem (6) of very low power (VLP), a LORA radio antenna (4) connected to a LORA radio module (5) connected to said microsystem (6), a sensor (7) for measuring water temperature connected to a sensor (8) for measuring water pressure which are also connected to said microsystem (6), a near-field communication (NFC) module (3) connected to said microsystem (6), the latter being connected to a main battery (9), and of a body D (15a), connected to the body S (15b) through an insulated electrical wire (14), comprising: an electro-pyrotechnical device (10) for photo-chemical marking, connected to an electronic control module (11) and an air sensor (12) which are connected to one another and to a warning battery (13), the so-made device allowing both the warning, by emitting a warning radio signal when the fish is taken out of the water, and the poaching detection, by releasing a photo-detectable marking substance in the area where the fish is taken out of the water.
