Summary:The invention relates to a process for making an electrochemical biosensor for detecting uric acid in biological fluids. According to the invention, the process consists of the following stages: manufacturing an electrode of electrospun polymer fibers of micro- and nano-metric sizes coated with palladium, immobilizing uricase on the electrode surface, measuring the current of reducing the superficial PdO layer formed at the surface of the electrode by reaction with H2O2, with uric acid detection limits lower than the usual methods of analysis.
