Summary: | The invention relates to ultra-light bulletproof armour for use in the military equipment industry, including the manufacturing of bulletproof vests, armours for troop carrying vehicles, military aircrafts and helicopters operating near the ground. According to the invention, the armour consists of a structure (1) made of thin bars of titanium or steel having rectangular and triangular windows, to which some stacks of graphene foils (2) or crocheted fabrics of Kevlar, carbon, silk or nylon fibers are fixed on one of the sides by means of rivets (3) and epoxy adhesive (4), the graphene foils (2) or the fabrics having a rectangular or triangular shape with dimensions corresponding to the meshes of the structure (1), some plates (5) which have the role of maintaining a slight pressure on the stack of graphene foils (2)/fabrics in order to control the bullet deflection process after impact and which are fixed to the structure (1) with the same rivets (3) and epoxy adhesive (4).
Invenţia se referă la o armură ultrauşoară contra gloanţelor, destinată utilizării în industria de echipamente militare, inclusiv fabricarea vestelor antiglonţ, armurilor pentru vehiculele transportoare de trupe, avioanelor şi elicopterelor militare care desfăşoară operaţiuni în apropierea solului. Armura conform invenţiei este alcătuită dintr-o structură (1) formată din bare subţiri din titan sau oţel care are nişte ferestre dreptunghiulare şi triunghiulare, de care sunt fixate pe câte una din laturi nişte pachete de folii (2) de grafenă sau ţesături croşetate, din fibre Kevlar, carbon, mătase sau nailon, prin intermediul unor nituri (3) şi al unui adeziv (4) epoxidic, foliile (2) de grafenă sau ţesăturile având formă dreptunghiulară sau triunghiulară cu dimensiuni care corespund ochiurilor structurii (1), nişte plăcuţe (5) care au rolul de a menţine o uşoară presiune asupra pachetului de folii (2) de grafenă/ţeşături pentru a ţine sub control procesul de deviere a glonţului după impact şi care sunt fixate de structura (1) cu aceleaşi nituri (3) şi adeziv (4) epoxidic. |
