Summary: | The invention relates to a process for preparing O-aryl-carbamoyl-oximino-fluorene derivative compounds to be used in pharmaceutical compositions. According to the invention, the process consists in refluxing 9-fluorenone with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in a molar ratio of 1: 1.3 in methanol reaction medium, resulting in fluoren-9-one-oxime which is refluxed with aryl isocyanates in a ratio of 1: 1 in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran reaction medium, resulting in derivatives of the formula 1a-d, wherein R = mono or disubstituted phenyl, the compounds having low toxicity, being intended for antibacterial, antifungal and antibiofilm treatment.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor compuşi derivaţi ai O-aril-carbamoil-oximino-fluorenului utilizaţi în compoziţii farmaceutice. Procedeul, conform invenţie, constă în refluxarea 9-fluorenonei cu clorhidrat de hidroxilamină în raport molar 1:1,3, în mediu de reacţie metanol, rezultând fluoren-9-on-oximă care este refluxată cu arilizocianaţi, în raport 1:1 în mediu de reacţie tetrahidrofuran anhidru, rezultând derivaţi cu formula 1a-d, în care R= fenil mono -sau disubstituit, compuşii având toxicitate scăzută, fiind destinaţi tratamentului bactericid, fungicid şi antibiofilm. |
