Summary:The invention relates to a compact telescopic optical system meant to be placed in front of the objective lens of a thermal imaging camera working in LWIR spectrum range, in order to increase the assembly focal length. According to the invention, the optical system comprises two germanium lenses (1 and 2), the first lens (1) having spherical surfaces on both faces, i.e. a convex one and a concave one, where the concave surface is a spherical diffractive one, modulated with a Fresnel grating, having the pitch on the direction of the optical axis PasH=0.0034958085 mm, where the Fresnel grating profile is a second order one, while the second lens (2) is a convex-concave one with spherical surfaces on both faces. Invenţia se referă la un sistem optic telescopic, compact, destinat să fie plasat în faţa unui obiectiv al unei camere de termoviziune care lucrează în domeniul spectral LWIR, cu scopul de a mări distanţa focală a ansamblului. Sistemul optic, conform invenţiei, este alcătuit din două lentile (1 şi 2) din germaniu, prima lentilă (1) având ambele suprafeţe sferice, una convexă şi una concavă, suprafaţa concavă fiind sferică difractivă, modulată cu o reţea de tip Fresnel, având pasul pe direcţia axei optice PasH=0,0034958085 mm, profilul reţelei Fresnel fiind unul de ordinul doi, iar a doua lentilă (2) fiind convex-concavă, cu ambele suprafeţe sferice.
