Summary: | The invention relates to an intelligent system for evaluating the operating life of flexible tubing used in oil and gas extracting industry. According to the invention, the system comprises a subsystem (2) intended to measure the tubing column weight, a subsystem (3) for measuring the tubing column vibrations in the free zone thereof, a subsystem (4) for measuring the geometrical characteristics of the flexible tubing, a subsystem (5) for measuring the flexible tubing wall thickness variations, a subsystem (6) for measuring the elongation of the flexible tubing column and a computing subsystem (7) wherein data input concerning the material the tubing is made of, the working fluid used, the drilling depth and the content of corrosive substances of the exploited bed is made via a man-machine interface (8).
Invenţia se referă la un sistem inteligent de evaluare a duratei de viaţă a tubingului flexibil folosit în industria extracţiei de petrol şi gaze naturale. Sistemul conform invenţiei cuprinde un subsistem (2) de măsurare a greutăţii coloanei de tubing, un subsistem (3) de măsurare a vibraţiilor coloanei de tubing în zona liberă a acesteia, un subsistem (4) de măsurare a caracteristicilor geometrice ale tubingului flexibil, un subsistem (5) de măsurare a variaţiilor grosimii peretelui tubingului flexibil, un subsistem (6) de măsurare a alungirii coloanei de tubing flexibil, şi un subsistem (7) de calcul, în cadrul căruia, printr-o interfaţă om-maşină (8), se introduc datele despre materialul din care este confecţionat tubingul, datele despre lichidul de lucru folosit, adâncimea la care este efectuat forajul, şi date despre conţinutul de substanţe corosive ale zăcământului exploatat. |
