Summary: | The invention relates to a liquid foliar bio-stimulating composition for vegetables and to its preparation process. According to the invention, the composition comprises 2...20g/l glicyl-betaine, 15...25 g/l aminoacids, 0.3...10 g/l preservative, 0.02...0.07 g/l selenium chelated with amino acids from protein hydrolysate, 2...5 g/l silicon as orthosilicic acid, 7...15 g/l organically chelated boron, 120...400 g/l wetting agent, 25...50 g/l polysaccharides, 10...30 g/l thickening agents, 10...150 g/l surfactants and transcuticular penetration enhancers, respectively, as well as 5...50 g/l polysiloxane antifoaming agent. The claimed process consists of the following stages: diluting an aqueous solution of standardized vinasse or molasses with deionized water in a ratio of 1/2...1/3, adding KOH up to a protein content below 10%, cooling the solution to 35...40°C, neutralizing it with nitric acid up to a pH of 6.8...7.3, the other components are added and the composition is completed with demineralized or distilled water.
Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie biostimulatoare lichidă foliară, pentru legume, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acesteia. Compoziţia conform invenţiei conţine 2...20 g/l glicil-betaină, 15...25 g/l aminoacizi, 0,3...10 g/l conservant, 0,02...0,07 g/l seleniu chelatat cu aminoacizi din hidrolizat proteic, 2...5 g/l siliciu sub formă de acid ortosilicic, 7...15 g/l bor chelatat organic, 120...400 g/l agent de umectare, 25...50 g/l polizaharide, 10...30 g/l agenţi de îngroşare, 10...150 g/l surfactanţi, respectiv, agenţi de penetrare transcuticulară, precum şi 5...50 g/l antispumant polisiloxanic. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în etapele de diluare a unei soluţii apoase de vinasă standardizată sau melasă cu apă deionizată în raport de 1/2...1/3, se adaugă KOH până la un conţinut de proteine de sub 10%, se răceşte soluţia la 35...40°C, se neutralizează cu acid azotic până laH de 6,8...7,3, se adaugă celelalte componente şi se completează compoziţia cu apă demineralizată sau apă distilată. |
