Summary:The invention relates to a process for preparing composite materials based on reduced graphene oxide derivatives rGO/CuGaO, with applications in solar cells sensitized with dyestuff and in carrying out sensors. According to the invention, the process comprises the one-step synthesis consisting in introducing the graphene oxide in a teflon autoclave together with Cu and Ga precursors, using the hydrothermal method, at a temperature of 250°C, at a reaction time of 6 h, to result in semiconductor materials whose morphology comprises hexagonal wafers with a high purity of crystalline phase. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor materiale compozite pe bază de derivaţi reduşi de oxid de grafenă rGO/CuGaOcu aplicaţii în celule solare sensibilizate cu colorant şi realizarea senzorilor. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în sinteza într-o singură etapă prin introducerea oxidului de grafenă într-o autoclavă de teflon împreună cu precursori de Cu şi Ga, utilizând metoda hidrotermală la temperatura de 250°C, timp de reacţie 6 h, rezultând materiale semiconductoare cu morfologie plachete hexagonale, având grad ridicat de puritate al fazei cristaline.
