Summary:The invention relates to a mobile stand for testing fans for turbofan motors, used to determine the stage performances for fan optimization in order to reduce the turbofan motor fuel consumption. According to the invention, the stand comprises a fan assembly (A), consisting of a fan stage, a rotor (19) and a stator (18), a series of resistance and instrumentation sections (13 and 19, 21 and 17), respectively, some intake and discharge sections (25 and 6), respectively, the fan rotor (19) being mechanically driven by a transmission assembly (C), comprising a series of driving shafts (4, 7 and 14) and a speed multiplier (2), from an installation with an electric motor (1) and an adjustable voltage source (34), while, through an instrumentation system (B), consisting of some instrumentation probes (23, 22, 20 and 16), some measuring sensors (30 and 31), some connectors (32) of the thermoresistors and an acquisition module (33), the air parameters are measured at the input and the output of the fan stage and experimental data are acquired for the fan stage performance study, the assembly (A) having a modular construction, adaptable for various testing versions of various rotor or stator geometries, in various configurations of angular pitch, either fixed or variable, the stand allowing testing, at reduced scale, of fan rotors which are currently in use, on actual turbofan motors and also of prototype fan rotors, due to the fan sizes related only to the fixed tip diameter of the working channel and the adjustment of base diameter of the working channel depending on the base diameter of the fan rotor, the adjustment of which is performed by mounting some cylindrical pieces (12) on a lower body (8) of the resistance sections (13 and 9) and on some lower bodies (5 and 15), some cylindrical sectors (11) being mounted on the mentioned pieces.
