Summary:The invention relates to a process for increasing the degree of capture of sulphur oxides, namely the reaction rate, in a reactor for desulphurization of flue gases in a thermal power station, by introducing a module block which increases the surface of contact with flue gases. According to the invention, the process consists in extending the surface of contact by introducing a module block (3) between flue gases (2) and the area for separating the drops (4) of calcareous solution (5), said module block (3) comprising some modules (6) made of materials resistant to corrosion and temperatures of over 200°C, distributed in a structured manner in order to render uniform the circulation of flue gases (2) towards the system (7) for injecting the calcareous solution (5) while not exhibiting high pressure loss as to avoid a further replacement of flue gas fan, the gases resulting after desulphurization having concentrations of sulphur oxides under 200 mg/Nm. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de creştere a gradului de captură a oxizilor de sulf, respectiv, de creştere a vitezei de reacţie, într-un reactor de desulfurare a gazelor de ardere dintr-o centrală termoelectrică, prin introducerea unui bloc modular care măreşte suprafaţa de contact cu gazele de ardere. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în extinderea suprafeţei de contact prin introducerea unui bloc (3) modular între gazele (2) de ardere şi zona de separare a picăturilor (4) de soluţie (5) calcaroasă, blocul (3) modular fiind constituit din nişte module (6) realizate din materiale rezistente la coroziune şi la temperaturi de peste 200°C, distribuite structurat, în vederea uniformizării circulaţiei gazelor (2) de ardere către sistemul (7) de injecţie al soluţiei (5) calcaroase, dar în acelaşi timp nu are pierderi foarte mari de presiune, pentru a nu fi necesară înlocuirea ventilatorului de gaze de ardere, gazele rezultate după desulfurare având concentraţii de oxizi de sulf sub 200 mg/Nm.
