According to the invention, the product consists of 37.5...38% white wheat flour, 4.3...4.5% flour of partially defatted pumpkin seeds, 12.5...12.8% yogurt with 2% fat content, 8.35...8.5% butter with 65% fat content, 12.5...12.7% sugar, eggs, salt, lemon juice, baking soda, and, for the rest, water up to 100%, the percentage being expressed by mass, the product having a content of maximum 64.5% carbohydrates, 15.5% lipids and 14.1% proteins, respectively, and an energetic value of 439 kcal/100g. Invenţia se referă la un produs de panificaţie de tip aliment funcţional destinat persoanelor cu deficienţe nutriţionale. Produsul conform invenţiei este constituit, în procente masice, din 37,5...38% făină de grâu albă, 4,3...4,5% făină de seminţe de dovleac parţial degresate, 12,5...12,8% iaurt cu 2% grăsime, 8,35...8,5% unt cu 65% grăsime, 12,5...12,7% zahăr, ouă, sare alimentară, zeamă de lămâie, praf de copt şi, în rest, apă până la 100%, produsul având un conţinut de carbohidraţi de maximum 64,5%, respectiv, 15,5% lipide, 14,1% proteine şi o valoare energetică de 439 kcal/100 g.
