Summary:The invention relates to a method for optimizing performance and for optimal management of human resources. According to the invention, the method consists in collecting data relating to employee's task load, offering data relating to the history of the projects the employee worked on and the state thereof, where the method is structured as an algorithm which allows its implementation in mobile and software application format and operates in three stages of behavioural change influencing: objective performance monitoring and measuring, evaluation and frequent feedback contingent on performance and the preparation interventions meant to facilitate repetition of the ability or the behaviours leading to performance within a certain time interval, to building of scenarios for approaching new and difficult projects by using the collected data, to creation of a guide for reflection on the daily performance, on the reached targets in relation to the planned targets, to setting of motivators for stimulating performance. Invenţia se referă la o metodă pentru optimizarea performanţei şi gestionarea optimă a resurselor umane. Metoda, conform invenţiei, cuprinde colectarea de date privind încărcarea cu sarcini a angajatului, oferă date privind istoricul proiectelor la care angajatul a lucrat şi starea acestora, fiind structurată sub forma unui algoritm care permite implementarea sa în format de aplicaţii software şi mobile, funcţionând în trei faze ale influenţei schimbării comportamentale: monitorizarea şi măsurarea performanţei obiective, evaluarea şi feedback-ul frecvent contingent performanţei, şi intervenţiile de pregătire direcţionate spre facilitarea repetării abilităţii sau a comportamentelor care duc la performanţă pe un anumit interval de timp, la construirea de scenarii pentru abordarea proiectelor noi şi dificile, prin valorificarea datelor colectate, la realizarea unui ghid de reflecţie asupra performanţei zilnice, asupra scopurilor realizate în raport cu cele planificate, şi la stabilirea de motivatori care să stimuleze performanţa.
