Summary:The invention relates to a process for preparing inorganic-organic hybrids based on nano-zeolites and nano-gels, to be used as carriers for the controlled release of medicaments. According to the invention, the process consists in imbibing the natural zeolite, such as clinoptilolite, with a dimethyl sulphur oxide, 5-fluorouracyl or sodium diclofenac solution, up to a medicament : zeolite mass ratio of 1:1...1:3, after which a polyethylene glycol diacrylate aqueous solution containing the reducer tetramethyl diamine is admixed, the aqueous phase being added as drops, while stirring, in cyclohexane which contains two usual emulsifiers, followed by admixing an aqueous solution, as drops, containing the initiator redox system oxidant ammonium persulphate while stirring, and by inverse emulsion polymerization at a temperature of 20...30°C, after which the reaction mass is subjected to centrifugation, the solid part is washed with cyclohexane and lyophilized, to result in zeolitic nano-xerogels with encapsulated medicament having a size of 10...180 nm.
