Summary: | The invention relates to a process for preparing a series of photocatalysts active in the visible range, such as PdS/CdZnS. According to the invention, the process comprises a single-step synthesis in hydrothermal conditions, using wastes from the secondary batteries industry as cadmium source and, as sulphide ion source, ZnS from zinc roasting in sulphur atmosphere or by precipitation of zinc ions from a soluble zinc salt with sulphide ions, as well as 1...2% PdS, in a simple autoclaving system, while heating the system up to a temperature of 200°C, at a rate of 50°C/h, maintaining it for 70 h and cooling at the same rate, to result in a material with high degree of crystallinity.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei serii de fotocatalizatori activi în vizibil, de tip PdS/CdZnS. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în sinteza într-o singură etapă, în condiţii hidrotermale, utilizând, ca sursă de cadmiu, deşeuri provenite din industria acumulatorilor, ca sursă de ioni sulfură, ZnS provenit din arderea zincului în atmosferă de sulf, sau prin precipitarea cu ioni sulfură a ionilor de zinc proveniţi dintr-o sare solubilă de zinc, precum şi 1...2% PdS, într-un sistem simplu de autoclavare, cu încălzirea sistemului până la o temperatură de 200°C, cu o viteză de 50°C/h, cu menţinere timp de 70 h, răcirea cu aceeaşi viteză, rezultând un material având un grad ridicat de cristalinitate. |
