Summary:The invention relates to a film-forming thermochromic composition meant to be used in covering the surface of outer elements of buildings and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composition consists of 1...20% microencapsulated thermochromic materials, 1...10% pigment, 10...50% filler, 5...30% emulsified resin, 0.5...15% rheologic additive, 0.1...5% antifoaming additive and dispersion agent, respectively, 0.1...2% anti-mold additive, 0.1...10% coalescence agent, 10...30% demineralized water, with a pH value of 6.5...9.5, the percentage being expressed by mass. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in preparing the mixture of dispersing and coalescence agents with anti-mold and anti-foaming additives, the emulsified resin and water, followed by impastation of pigment and filler, dispersion stabilization, viscosity adjustment, after which the encapsulated thermochromic materials are dispersed into the so-formed film-forming composition. Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie peliculogenă termocromă, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acesteia, utilizată pentru acoperirea suprafeţelor elementelor exterioare ale construcţiilor. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită, în procente masice, din 1...20% materiale termocrome microîncapsulate, 1...10% pigment pentru fond, 10...50% material de umplutură, 5...30% răşină emulsionată, 0,5...15% aditiv reologic, 0,1...5% aditiv antispumant, respectiv, agent de dispersie, 0,1...2% aditiv antimucegai, 0,1...10% agent de coalescenţă, 10...30% apă demineralizată, având o valoare pH de 6,5...9,5. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în prepararea amestecului de agenţi de dispersare şi coalescenţă, aditivi antimucegai şi antispumant, răşina emulsionată şi apă, urmată de ampastarea şi dispersarea pigmentului pentru fond, şi a materialului de umplutură, stabilizarea dispersiei, reglarea viscozităţii şi, în final, dispersarea în compoziţia peliculogenă formată a materialelor termocrome încapsulate.
