Summary:The invention relates to a process for preparing a biostimulant for treating and colonizing the plant remains covering the ground in conservative agricultural systems. According to the invention, the process consists of the axenic cultivation of Trichoderma strains on a medium containing glycine betaine and colloidal silicon dioxide, at pH = 5.5, at an aeration which ensures 1...5% saturation of the maximum level of dissolved oxygen, at a temperature of incubation which varies with an interval of 10°C, 12 h at 20°C and 12 h at 30°C, for 5 days, followed by harvesting the microorganism biomass and the residual colloidal silicon dioxide by filtration under vacuum, mixing the biomass with fresh wheat juice having a total polyphenol content of minimum 2 mg gallic acid equivalent per gram and drying the mixture down to a maximum content of 5% residual moisture, resulting in a product with an activity of degradation of the plant material. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui biostimulant pentru tratamentul şi colonizarea resturilor vegetale care acoperă solul în sistemele de agricultură conservativă. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în cultivarea axenică a tulpinilor depe un mediu care conţine glicin-betaină şi dioxid de siliciu coloidal, laH de 5,5, şi la aerări care asigură 1...5% saturaţie din nivelul maxim de oxigen dizolvat, la o temperatură de incubare ce variază cu un interval de 10°C, 12 h la 20°C şi 12 h la 30°C, timp de 5 zile, recoltarea biomasei de microorganisme şi a dioxidului de siliciu coloidal rezidual prin filtrare sub vacuum, amestecarea biomasei cu suc proaspăt de grâu, având un conţinut total de polifenoli de minimum 2 mg, echivalent acid galic per gram, şi uscarea amestecului până la maximum 5% umiditate reziduală, din care rezultă un produs cu activitate de degradare a materialului vegetal.
