Summary: | The invention relates to a process for the synthesis of silver nano fibres coated with low-melting-point metal nano particles, meant to be used in carrying out conductive tracks on carriers, in solar cells or optoelectronic devices construction. According to the invention, the process comprises a first stage in which silver nano fibres with diameters of 100...500 nm and average lengths over 20 μm are carried out using the solvothermal technique, followed by a second stage in which the so synthesized silver nano fibres are directly coated with quasi-spherical indium or tin nano particles of 2...50 nm, at temperatures of 25...90°C, to result in silver nano fibres functionalized with indium or tin nano particles which permit subsequent sintering at low temperatures.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de sinteză a nanofirelor de argint acoperite cu nanoparticule metalice cu punct de topire scăzut, utilizate pentru realizarea de trasee conductoare pe suporturi în construcţia celulelor solare sau a dispozitivelor optoelectronice. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că, într-o primă etapă, se obţin nanofirele de argint cu diametre de 100...500 nm şi lungimi medii de peste 20 μm, prin tehnica solvotermală, după care, într-o a doua etapă, pe nanofirele de argint sintetizate se depun direct nanoparticule cvasisferice de indiu sau staniu cu dimensiuni de 2...50 nm la temperaturi de 25...90°C, rezultând nanofire de argint funcţionalizate cu nanoparticule de indiu sau staniu care permit sinterizarea ulterioară la temperaturi joase. |
