Summary:The invention relates to an automatic system for measuring, on two orthogonal directions, the coordinates of a pendulum wire. According to an invention, the system comprises a hardware platform which performs the measurements of the wire coordinates on two orthogonal directions, by using two optical measuring assemblies (1, 3) with the measuring axes shifted at 90°, each assembly comprising a linear area of photosensitive sensors CCD (7) and a row of equidistant LEDs (8) with quasi-parallel light, the wire position being independently determined on each of the two measuring axes, based on an algorithm implemented in the micro-controllers of some processing units (2, 4), based on the position of the wire shadows projected onto the area of photosensitive sensors (7), shadows which are obtained by sequentially switching-on the LEDs (8), the values measured being taken over by a micro-controller (5), which memorizes and locally displays the estimated values of the wire coordinates on a local operating panel (6). Invenţia se referă la un sistem automat pentru măsurarea, pe două direcţii ortogonale, a coordonatelor unui fir pendul. Sistemul conform invenţiei cuprinde o platformă hardware ce realizează măsurarea coordonatelor firului pe două direcţii ortogonale, folosind două ansambluri de măsurare optice (1, 3), cu axele de măsurare decalate la 90°, fiecare ansamblu cuprinzând o arie liniară de senzori fotosensibili CCD (7), şi un şir de leduri (8) echidistante, cu lumină cvasi-paralelă, determinarea poziţiei firului realizându-se independent pe fiecare dintre cele două axe de măsurare, pe baza unui algoritm implementat în microcontrolerele unor unităţi de procesare (2, 4), având la bază poziţia umbrelor firului, proiectate asupra ariei de senzori fotosensibili (7), umbre ce sunt obţinute prin aprinderea secvenţială a ledurilor (8), valorile măsurate fiind preluate de un microcontroler (5) care asigură memorarea şi afişarea locală, pe un panou operator local (6), a valorilor estimate ale coordonatelor firului.
