Summary: | The invention relates to a non-contact device for determining a surface roughness. The claimed device comprises a laser diode (1) injecting a laser radiation through a circulator (2) playing the role of separating the input beam from the output beam in an interferometer made of an optical-fiber coupler-splitter (3) dividing the laser beam into a reference beam which is reflected by an optical fiber retroreflector (4) and a measuring beam which is reflected by the sample (5) to be analyzed located at a distance of 0.5...0.7 mm from the fiber end, both beams being reunited by a coupler (3) to form an interference image which is directed by a circulator (2) toward a optical fiber collimator (6) where the thus collimated beam is taken over by a CCD camera (7), and the obtained data are taken over and processed by a PC or laptop computer (8) in order to produce, by the displacement of the measuring fiber, a map of the roughness of the sample to be analyzed.
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv non-contact de determinare a rugozităţii unei suprafeţe. Dispozitivul conform invenţiei este alcătuit dintr-o diodă laser (1) ce injectează o radiaţie laser printr-un circulator (2), care are rolul de a separa fasciculul de intrare de cel de ieşire, într-un interferometru realizat dintr-un cuplor-divizor de fibră optică (3), care împarte fasciculul într-un fascicul de referinţă, ce se reflectă de un retroreflector de fibră optică (4), şi un fascicul de măsurare, ce se reflectă de proba de analiză (5) aflată la o distanţă de 0,5...0,7 mm de capătul fibrei, ambele fascicule fiind reunite de cuplor (3), formând o imagine de interferenţă ce este dirijată de circulator (2) spre un colimator pentru fibră optică (6), în care fasciculul astfel colimat este preluat de o cameră CCD (7), iar datele obţinute sunt preluate şi prelucrate de un PC sau laptop (8) pentru a produce, prin deplasarea fibrei de măsurare, o hartă a rugozităţii probei de analizat. |
