Summary:The invention relates to a modular system as an autonomous container meant for refugee camps and for other insular installations and to a method for using the modular system. According to the invention, the modular system comprises a power subsystem (1), a communication subsystem (9) which takes over internal and external voice and data communications of the target objective, a perimetral monitoring and security subsystem (15) for objective protection, a subsystem (19) for medical monitoring of vital parameters in human subjects, a subsystem (26) of auxiliary equipments for perimetral illumination of the objective, an integrating IT system (30) for monitoring and control with the management of the services provided, and a shipping-like or road-like transport container (33) in which all the subsystems of the service assembly are packaged for transport and functionally arranged. Invenţia se referă la un sistem modular tip container autonom, destinat taberelor de sinistraţi şi altor instalaţii insulare, şi la o metodă de utilizare a sistemului modular. Sistemul modular, conform invenţiei, este alcătuit dintr-un subsistem (1) energetic, un subsistem (9) de comunicaţii, care preia toate comunicaţiile interne şi externe de voce şi date ale obiectivului vizat, un subsistem (15) de monitorizare şi securitate perimetrală, pentru protecţia obiectivului, un subsistem (19) de monitorizare medicală a parametrilor vitali, pentru subiecţii umani, un subsistem (26) de echipamente auxiliare, pentru iluminarea perimetrală a obiectivului, un sistem IT (30) integrator, de monitorizare şi control, cu management al ansamblului de servicii oferite, şi un container (33) de tip maritim sau rutier, în care sunt ambalate pentru transport şi amplasate funcţional toate subsistemele ansamblului de servicii.
