Summary: | The invention relates to an intelligent device for sensing and controlling the motion in automatic processing and mounting systems, which is attached to industrial robots in the gripping and fastening systems. According to the invention, the device is a hardware and software equipment which has two different types of force and two-axis slip sensors () which, by means of an integrated micro-controller system, ensures a loop for adjusting the force in order to keep it at admissible values, while controlling the slip of the object handled between the dies of a gripping and fixing device () attached to the industrial robot and comprises a supplying and distributing source () with pressurized fluid, a proportional pressure regulator (), an electronic module () for setting the reference point, a force regulator () and a controller ().
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv inteligent de sesizare şi control al mişcării în sistemele automatizate de prelucrare şi montaj, ataşat roboţilor industriali la sistemele de apucare şi fixare.
