The invention relates to a composite for protecting the soil against the action of the biological and atmospheric factors. According to the invention, the composite consists of a textile strengthening piece, knitted or woven of mono-filament yarns of polyethylene with high density, propylene or polyester having some cavities with a size of 50...150 mm, placed transversally, and of 200...700 mm, placed longitudinally, wherein there are included some expanded polystyrene granules, where there alternate portions of knitting/fabric with a mono- and double-layer structure, the open cavities being sewn with polyester yarn. Invenţia se referă la cu compozit pentru protejarea solului faţă de acţiunea factorilor atmosferici şi biologici. Compozitul conform invenţiei este format dintr-un ranfort textil, tricotat sau ţesut din fire monofilamentare din polietilenă cu densitate înaltă, propilenă sau poliester, având nişte cavităţi cu o dimensiune de 50...150 mm, dispuse transversal, şi de 200...700 mm, dispuse longitudinal, în care sunt înglobate granule din polistiren expandat, în care alternează porţiuni de tricot/ţesătură cu structura mono şi dublu strat, cavităţile deschise fiind cusute cu fir din poliester.
