The invention relates to a method for delaying the ageing processes. According to the invention, the method consists in previously preparing the skin by gymnastics with dosed effort and warm bath with plants extracts, such as a mixture of milfoil flowers, ground chestnut fruit and hot pepper fruit in a ratio of 1:1:3, and hydromassage, after which the body is wrapped with fresh spirulina which is maintained for 30...60 min, further on there being applied a body massage with a cream containing vitamin A, E, K and lecithin, leading to detoxification and cellular regeneration, in cures of 12...18 days supposed to be applied 2...3 times. Invenţia se referă la o metodă pentru întârzierea proceselor de îmbătrânire. Metoda conform invenţiei constă din pregătirea prealabilă a pielii prin gimnastică, cu efort dozat şi baie caldă cu extract de plante medicinale, de tip amestec de flori de coada şoricelului, fructe de castan măcinate, fruct de ardei iute, în raport 1:1:3, şi hidromasaj, după care corpul este împachetat cu spirulină proaspătă, care este menţinută timp de 30...60 min şi, în continuare, este aplicat un masaj corporal cu o cremă cu vitamine A, E, K şi lecitine, care conduc la o detoxifiere şi un efect de regenerare celulară, fiind necesare cure de 12...18 zile, aplicate de 2...3 ori.
