The process claimed by the invention consists in neutralizing the phosphoric acid of 85% concentration with 98% potassium carbonate, while continuously stirring at 28...30°C, to result a solution containing a monopotassium phosphate:dipotassium phosphate ratio = 0.75:2.30 to which there is added urea and ammonium sulphate, a solution of microelements chelated with disodium salt EDTA, glucose and a potassium humate solution having a concentration of 40.2 g/l of humic acids and 7...8 g/l of potassium oxide.
