Summary:The invention relates to a process for preparing a bioethanol fuel. According to the invention, the process consists in pretreating the lignocellulose mass in a single step with NaOH solution, sulphuric or phosphoric acid for 30 minutes in an autoclave at a pressure of 2 bar, then the biomass is washed with 12 volumes of water and neutralized with sodium carbonate in order to remove the inhibitory compounds, is hydrolyzed with 0.82% HCl solution for 10...60 min at a temperature of minimum 100°C, the hydrolysate solution with a content of 53...95% fermentable monosaccharides is brought into contact with 10...100 μl of a mixture of fermentation microorganisms of the cellulase type produced by the enzyme Tricoderma viridae, and the cellobiase type from a culture extract of Aspergillus niger at a pH 2...6 for 96 h, at a temperature of 50°C, there being obtained a residual material which is used as fertilizer and an alcohol solution containing 50...75% bioethanol which is subjected to distillation, there resulting a bioethanol of a purity of 99...99.5 %, with an energetic content of 30 MJ/kg and an octane number of 89...100.
