Summary:The invention relates to a process for treating a lignocellulosic biomass employed for obtaining a bioethanol fuel. According to the invention, the process is carried out by enzymatic hydrolysis, by mixing homogenization of 80...90% by weight lignocellulosic material consisting of hardwood, softwood and grassy lignocellulose, in a slightly acid or basic medium, with 10...20% 0.1N HCl solution or 1% NaOH solution, at a temperature of less than 0°C and a pressure of less than 760 torr, during a time interval of 1...24 h, to obtain a product having a content of 55...75% homo-polymers of the cellulose and hemicellulose type and mono-saccharides of the pentose and hexose type.
