Summary:The invention relates to a viscosimetric system meant to determine automatically, in situ and continuously the dynamic viscosity of liquids. According to the invention, the viscosimetric system comprises a mechanical part consisting of a dynamic coupling (1) meant to be mounted between a mechanical speed reduction unit (2) of an industrial stirrer and a rod (3) thereof, the coupling (1) being formed of an element which resiliently is deformed at torsion, consisting of a shaft segment (4) whereon there are soldered in Wheatstone bridge four electroresistive sensors (5) and an electronic part containing an emitting-receiving-type structure formed in its turn of an emitter (6), a receiver (7) and a rectifier (8) ensuring the electric supply both of the sensors (5) and of the wireless-type standardized unit (9) for transmitting the unbalance value of the Wheatstone bridge, which represents a measure of the viscosity of the liquid to be analyzed, to a central data acquisition and processing unit. Invenţia se referă la un sistem viscozimetric destinat determinării automate, in situ şi în mod continuu, a viscozităţii dinamice a lichidelor. Sistemul viscozimetric, conform invenţiei, este alcătuit dintr-o parte mecanică constând dintr-un cuplaj (1) dinamometric, destinat montării între un reductor (2) mecanic de turaţie, al unui agitator industrial, şi o tijă (3) a acestuia, cuplajul (1) fiind format dintr-un element de deformare elastică la răsucire, constând dintr-un segment de arbore (4) pe care sunt lipiţi patru senzori (5) electrorezistivi, montaţi în punte Wheatstone, şi dintr-o parte electronică ce conţine o structură de tip emisie/recepţie, formată, la rândul ei, dintr-un emiţător (6), un receptor (7) şi un redresor (8) care asigură alimentarea electrică atât a senzorilor (5), cât şi a unei unităţi (9) standardizate de tip fără fir, pentru transmiterea valorii de dezechilibru a punţii Wheatstone, ce reprezintă o măsură a viscozităţii lichidului analizat, către o unitate centrală de achiziţie şi prelucrare date.
