Summary: | The invention relates to combinations of antibodies selective for a tumor necrosis factor -related apoptosis-inducing ligand receptor. An antibody of the invention interacts with human DR5 or with human DR4 to produce agonistic or antagonistic effects downstream the cascade reaction of the receptor, including inhibition of cell proliferation and apoptosis. Methods and uses for the antibodies, optionally in combination with various therapeutic agents, are intended to be used in the treatment of apoptosis-related diseases and treatment of dysregulated cell growth.
Invenţia se referă la combinaţii de anticorpi selectivi pentru un receptor al unui ligand care induce apoptoza, asociat cu un factor al necrozei tumorale. Un anticorp din prezenta invenţie interacţionează cu DR5 uman sau cu DR4 uman, pentru a produce efecte agoniste sau antagoniste în josul reacţiei cascadă a receptorului, incluzând inhibiţia proliferării celulare şi apoptozei. Metodele şi utilizările anticorpilor, opţional, în combinaţie cu diferiţi agenţi terapeutici, conform invenţiei, sunt utilizate în tratamentul bolilor legate de apoptoză şi în tratamentul creşterii celulare neregulate. |
