Summary:The invention relates to a gas thermometer with optoelectronic contacts, which operates simultaneously both as thermometer in the range of 0 to 400A C and as thermostat between the two limits within the regulation range of between 50 and 350A C, destined to be integrated in the production flow, according to types of products and manufacturing processes. According to the invention, the apparatus comprises a thermosensitive train (1) transforming the temperature variations into working gas (nitrogen) pressure variations, a Bourdon tube (4), transforming the working gas pressure variations into displacement ; a mechanism (3) for amplifying and transmitting an indication (3), which takes over the displacement, amplifying and transforming it into a rotary motion and transmitting it to the pointer (6), and a system (9) for adjusting the limits and maintaining the working range, which allows the adjustment of desired values and has some optoelectronic contacts which carry out the possibility of reaching said limits by sensing an electronic block (5) processing information and transmitting commands to the control blocks. The regulation of upper and, namely, of lower working limits is carried out manually, individually for each limit, by means of a gearing with two toothed-wheels, of which one is the driving wheel (11) while the optical coupler (15) integral with a pointer (14) there being mounted onto the other wheel (12). Invenţia se referă la un termometru cu gaz, cu contacte optoelectronice, care funcţionează simultan, atât ca termometru în intervalul 0...400°C, cât ?i ca termostat între două limite cuprinse în intervalul de reglare 50...350°C, destinat integrării în fluxul de fabricaţie, pe tipuride produse ?i procese de fabricaţie. Aparatul conform invenţiei se compune dintr-un tren termosensibil (1), care transformă variaţiile de temperatură în variaţii ale presiunii gazului de lucru (azot), un tub Bourdon (4), care transformă variaţiile presiunii gazului de lucru în deplasare;un mecanism de amplificare ?i transmitere indicaţie (3), care preia deplasarea, o amplifică, o transformă în mi?care de rotaţie ?i o transmite acului indicator (6), ?i un sistem (9) de reglare a limitelor ?i de menţinere a domeniului de lucru, care permite reglarea valorilor dorite ?i dispune de contacte optoelectronice ce materializează atingerea acestor limite, prin sesizarea unuibloc electronic (5) ce prelucrează informaţiile?i transmite comenzi către blocul de comandă. Reglarea limitelor, superioară, respectiv inferioară, de lucru ca termostat, se realizează manual, individual pentru fiecare limită în parte, prin intermediul unui angrenaj de două roţi dinţate, dintre care una motoare (11), pe cealaltă roată (12), fiind montat optocuplorul (15) solidar cu un indicator (14).
