The invention relates to a stimulator used for performing massages for independent or concomitant reflexogenous vascular and energetic stimulation of points or areas of the human body. According to the invention, the stimulator is provided with an insole (1) made of plastic material, perforated on the entire surface, some high spikes (2) mounted on the insole, depending on reflexogenous areas. The insole is mounted in a shoe provided with a closing system (7) for an air pump (9) which, by means of a valve (10), may pump or suck up the air into the shoe, everytime when the pump (9) is pressed. Invenţia se referă la un stimulator folosit pentru realizarea unor masaje, pentru stimularea reflexogenă, vasculară şi energetică, independentă sau concomitentă, a unor puncte sau zone ale corpului omenesc. Stimulatorul conform invenţiei este prevăzut cu un branţ (1) din material elastic, găurit pe toată suprafaţa, nişte ţinte (2) înalte montate pe branţ (1), în funcţie de zonele reflexogene. Branţul (4) este montat într-o încălţăminte prevăzută cu un sistem de închidere (7) a unei pompe (9) de aer, care, prin intermediul unei supape (10), poate pompa sau aspira aer în încălţăminte, la fiecare apăsare a pompei (9).
